About Us

We are a multi-discipline school located in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania. Carousel Performing Arts Center offers instruction in Dance, Music, and Theatre. Our dance instruction includes ballet, pointe, modern, jazz, tap and hip hop. Our music teachers provide instruction in piano, violin, flute, guitar (acoustic, electric, and electric bass), and voice. The theatre program provides classes in creative drama, acting, and musical theatre. At Carousel you and your child are not just a number, but part of our artistic family. We are not focused on collecting plastic trophies, but rather helping each student maximize their potential in a nurturing environment to foster an appreciation for the arts. Small class sizes lead to individual attention to achieve this goal. As a parent we realize you have a choice between several different music and dance schools. All studios are NOT the same.
